MR. ISAAC MICHAEL MMASI (TANZANIAN) He is the Major Shareholder and Managing Director to the Company, holds Bachelor of Business Administration from Tumaini University. He brings to the Board 8 years experience in the Senior Management in Banking and Finance Business Management. He worked with CRDB Bank Plc and Barclays Bank (T) Ltd in the Compliance Department particularly skills being; Strategies, Change Operational Management, Credit Risk Management, Compliance. He is also the Founder and CEO of Zane Microcredit Ltd. |

MR. PATROKIL .P. KANJE (TANZANIAN) He is the Director of Marketing to the Company and Board Chairman of ACCEPT INSURANCE BROKERS LTD. he holds MBA in Marketing (UDSM) B.COM (Marketing), University of Dar es Salaam. He is an assistant Lecturer in Marketing Department at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School and an associate of the University of Dar es Salaam Entrepreneurship Centre (UDEC). He is currently pursuing PhD in Business Administration. He will bring to the Company Marketing Communication, Consumer behavior and strategic marketing. Also he holds strong expertise and experience in research, Media Relations, Public Policy, Customer Service and in business strategic planning. |

MISS. LINDA SIMON ASSEY (TANZANIAN) She is a Board Member and Director of Finance. She brings to Company 9 years experience in Financial Management. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (IFM) 2006, especially in areas of operational aspects in financial analysis, planning. She holds also Advanced Diploma in Accountancy (CBE) 2005, very strong and experienced in maintaining account systems and all procedures related to invoicing, receipts and payments, recording income and expenditure and preparation of ledger accounts. Also she has a Certificate in Materials Management (IFM) 2000. She currently works as Trade Finance Operation Specialist at National Microfinance Bank, PLC (NMB). |
